Amalia M. Pfeifer, PT

Description

Amalia grew up in Lake Oswego and graduated from Lake Oswego High School. She went to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She went on to earn her DPT from University of Colorado in 2019. Amalia is enthusiastic about providing compassionate, evidence-based care, and is dedicated to learning continuously to support this goal. She is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) by the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). She also is certified in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy and Barbell Rehab Method. Amalia’s favorite part of being a physical therapist is helping others better understand their bodies and use that knowledge to find ways to move and feel better. She practices general orthopedics and women's pelvic health and enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life to achieve their unique goals.
