Erica Schroeder
Erica joined the KinderCare team in 2011 where she first worked as a Kindergarten Teacher and Assistant Director. Her background is in Early Childhood Education and has her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. She takes pride in working closely with staff members to provide the upmost care for the children in her care as well as to foster great support systems for families. Erica has a knack for creativity and has organized many events that have benefitted the staff, families, and community. She is thankful every day to have the opportunity to work with such a wonderful group of children, teachers and families.<br /> <br />

Kiersten Anderson
Kiersten has worked with children for over five years. While she was earning her degree in Communication Studies, she worked as a camp counselor and after school counselor where she was able to assist children in overcoming life obstacles and getting to know them on a personal level. Kiersten is also happy to be our resident Learning Adventures teacher, teaching our children Phonics, Reading, Math, Cooking, and Music Adventures! Kiersten has a passion for helping people and strives to make the world a better place, one child at a time.

Ms. Christina
Ms. Christina is currently the opening manager and cook. She has been here since 2003. She enjoys watching each and every child grow. Her position as an Opening Manager allows her to make sure that the children are in a healthy and safe environment. Ms. Christina is currently working towards getting her Early Childhood Education Degree at Clackamas Community College. She has worked with children for many year. When she isn't working or at school, she enjoys spending time with her husband or doing crafts.

Ms. Jeanine
Jeanine is our Transitional Kindergarten teacher and enjoys working with children and helping them grow into creative thinkers. Miss Jeanine is a patient and dedicated teacher who works hard to help every child in her care acheive personal educational goals. Jeanine enjoys spending time with her son and twin daughters and her grandchildren when outside of work. She is a huge football fan and enjoys watching movies with friends.

Ms. Courtney
Courtney grew up in Texas and later moved to Iceland, where she met her husband. Together they relocated to the Portland area where she now lives with her husband and two children. Courtney enjoys working with our Prekindergarten children, helping them to progress in their literacy skills.
