My passion is assisting people live their life to the fullest in all areas of their life! Balancing mind, body and soul. I believe stretching is one of the major keys to good health. I am a certified Resilience Life Coach, 25+ years Jazzercise Instructor, NFL Cheerleader and classically trainer dancer. I love anything on or in the water from sailing to scuba diving, live music, dancing, reading, cooking and learning all about the vast world of wines here in the PNW.

In my wellness practice, I have learned that a key to life is balance. As a chiropractic assistant, I help others align the spine and re-balance the body. It is so rewarding to help people live a healthier, happier life! As a Flexologist, I am excited to offer a simple and effective approach to help people achieve their wellness goals and feel their best! Outside of StretchLab, I enjoy hula hooping, playing outside in nature or traveling around the globe.

I have been in the health, fitness, and wellness industry for nearly a decade. Growing up active and joining the Boy Scouts, the importance of health and fitness was apparent. Being able to play sports, and go out outdoor adventures shaped my perspective on being able to move. This passion and interest in the human body guided me to earn my Personal Training Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine, as well as a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sport Science from Concordia Portland. My goal has been to pair rehabilitation with performance; from training children, collegiate athletes, all the way to geriatrics, I have gathered experience and insight into different modalities and training philosophies. My time spent as a jiu jitsu practitioner and coach further cemented my viewpoints on understanding the body, maintaining, and improving physical freedom. The adventure ends when your physical freedom does. By educating myself and others, I am able to expand the capacity for well-being, and extend the joys of life.
